WOW! These are all awesome! I love all those pictures of the bride at the pumpkin patch. But if I have to pick just one for this contest, my vote goes to #17. It’s just a different and fun angle of seeing things. I may be just biased because I L-O-V-E the Incredibles

I have to vote for #12. I just love the pumpkin guts all over the beautiful white dress. I love the contrast of prestine and messy. Also, the angle of the shot is great and I love how it looks like the photographer just caught the bride after she just tore into that pumpkin and is sitting, contemplating what she’s done. She looks a little proud of it, too. Fun!

Number 12. Although they are all creative and deserving, photo 12 captures the essence of trashing the dress for Halloween! Perhaps that really is “The Great Pumpkin”

The contrast of the white dress with the orange is amazing. The model looks totally at ease with the fact that her beautiful dress has been used for the sake of capturing a great photo.

I love all of these – i’m torn between the first creative candids and the chelsea-nicole pumpkin patch. I must say tho – that the pumpkin patch just stands out – it was the first down the list to make me say ‘wow’! and get excited about this competition.
It also seems to really fit all the themes of this site really well.

OH this is so hard. There are so many great photos here. I wish there were categories, so I could choose more than one. I love #10 though. I love the utter joy and freeness of the bride. She totally still looks like a bride at the peak of bliss, yet she’s not at her wedding anymore. I love the angle and the softness of the face and then that bright orange.

I would also like to state 10-12 (Chelsea-nicole’s photos) was the most ’spot on’ when it comes to content. It’s about Halloween season, in relation to “Dress Trashing”, not pictures of your dogs/kids making pouty faces.

Please keep this in mind when commenting. While Chelsea’s pictures are good, we don’t want to discredit any of the other entries that didn’t involve a TTD. Great work everyone! Although I must admit it’s nice seeing something other than trashed dresses – the pumpkin patch one just really stands out. I keep looking over all of them because some how I don’t want to vote for it – but I must. That set is simply the best – photo-wise, theme-wise and spirit-wise. Of course I think #19 and 20, but the reason I really do like these two..the theme was to think outside the wedding gown idea. While I think chelseas pictures are beautiful they really do go along the theme of TTDRESS! The cooking pictures..there is the whole TRASH idea but messing up a kitchen while making halloween cookies…I think it was creative. I think Brandy did a great job creating a fun, trashy outside the box picture!

That’s why we have this site! I’m sure MarcEric wouldn’t have put so many of her entries in if they didn’t fit the contest.
But putting the put-downs aside, #12 still gets my vote (LOVE the whole series and would be great to see more). It is the most visually stimulating. And not only does it perfectly capture the simple joys of Halloween, it is wonderfully done.

Ok, I LOVE the pumpkin patch pictures – gorgeous in every aspect, but I’m voting for #17 – the Incredibles photo – very creative, great composition, fun. Hmmm. It’s a toss up between 12 (Chelsea Nicole) and 19 (Creative Candids). In their own way, each seems fit this site with their fun spirit and creative mess! Wish I could choose both, but #12 gets my actual vote. Just gorgeous.
#3 – I love that its got the whole TTD thing going on (clean clothes, dirty background) without the normal wedding dress… in fact, youd never know that this wasnt a TTD session and the little boy wasnt the ring bearer at a halloween wedding or something
Also, is it just me or do a couple of the finalist photos have nothing to do with Halloween even? Not to put the anyone’s work down. There is some great stuff. I just found it kind of funny that certain ones were even put in.
